This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff even helped with plug adaptors. I'm coming back for a Christmas stay!

Great customer service at check-in.

My experience was horrible from the start. I arrived and was told I couldn't check in early without paying an extra $50, despite the hotel being nearly empty. The staff member I dealt with was rude and unhelpful, which really set a negative tone for my stay. The room itself was not clean. the bathroom had built-up dust, and the overall cleanliness was very disappointing.

The pool was clean and very well cared for! we had a nice welcome bag and letter on the tv stand that made us feel special.

It wasn't cheap but for the amount of points charged it was still acceptable.

The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing escape after a long day. The room was nice but could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, my stay was enjoyable! 😊

Super comfy beds in the One-Bedroom King Suite. The room had a fridge, microwave, and TV. Loved the outdoor swimming pool and the hot tub. The staff was really attentive. Location made it easy to check out local attractions. Coffee was always available, which was a nice touch.

The hotel has a great location, perfect for accessing nearby attractions. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, and check-in went smoothly. My room had a fridge and a coffee machine, which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets looked clean. However, the air conditioning didn't work well. it was locked, and the temperature was too high during my stay. Housekeeping knocked on my door an hour earlier than check-out, which was really disruptive. I found the bathroom could have used some attention too. The toilet wasn't cleaned well, and there was insufficient coffee in the room. I didn't enjoy the limited breakfast options as well. The small pillows in the room were also disappointing. There were positives, but some issues really stuck out during my stay.

my stay was fantastic, especially during the wedding ceremony. the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the amenities exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in ocean springs. i loved the cozy atmosphere and the complimentary treats in the lobby.

I enjoyed my recent stay, although a few things need attention. The room was clean and comfy, perfect after a long drive. The breakfast options were a nice touch, but the seating area got crowded during peak hours. Plan to arrive early for the best chance at a table.

Good room for the price

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite for 2 nights. Super comfy, and the price was hard to beat. The drive to downtown Ocean Springs was a breeze, and the staff were really nice. Only downside was the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times.
